Annotation

A single unit of interpretation of an image.

Annotation Specification

A structure, created by an investigator, which defines how annotations are created on an image.

Annotation Worklist

A set of images and annotation specifications, allowing the images to be annotated.

Annotator

A contributor who provides training data by annotating images.

Frame

A single slice of a scan or frame of a video.

Image

A file uploaded to Datamint. An image might consist of multiple frames.

Reader

A contributor who participates in validation studies by grading model output or producing their own annotations to compare to model output.
